 Craft & Commerce is a hands-on team of digital media specialists dedicated to achieving better results, for things that matter. We combine modern media planning, social, mobile creative savvy, and a rigorous testing and optimization process to cut through the noise of digital and social channels and build results-oriented, data-driven models for impact on behalf of our non-profit, civic, foundation, and purpose-driven brand partners.  

We’re looking for an Account Director with approximately 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience who can help us thoughtfully steward digital campaigns and grow client relationships through candor, trust, and project success.

Typical AD qualities apply: Great communicator, deep understanding of and passion for our client’s work, expertise in all things digital, savvy manager of projects and people, ability to internalize project details and client priorities, and clear-eyed focus on success for our partners.

  • Craft proposals that define the engagement in a clear and compelling manner

  • Collaborate with C&C team to shape campaign strategy and success benchmarks

  • Orchestrate workflows, roadmaps, and reporting among C&C team and collaborators

  • Lead client communications and C&C output inline with client needs and expectations

  • Manage projects with grace and humility, ensuring all stays on point, on time, and on budget

  • Tell the story of campaign success and provide insightful analysis and go-forward recommendations through clear, actionable recap decks

  • Consistently surface opportunities to add value to clients beyond immediate deliverables, and strengthen / grow client relationships over time


  • Experience successfully managing client relationships and internal teams

  • Expertise in digital advertising, social media, conversion marketing, and related

  • Stellar written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects / clients

  • Demonstrated ability to grow client relationships over time

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs
