We’re looking for a savvy Digital Advertising Manager with roughly 3-5 years of experience managing cross-platform digital media campaigns. At C&C, you’ll have the opportunity to advance some of the world’s leading causes by designing and executing smart, iterative digital buys that drive best-in-class outcomes. You will work collaboratively with the campaign team in planning and execution, iteration and optimization, and reporting and analysis.

  • Inform digital media planning and campaign design--aligning platforms, audiences, and creative strategies with our partner’s desired outcomes

  • Setup and manage real-time digital buys across platforms and campaigns

  • Relentlessly test and optimize campaign variants to ensure the best results

  • Analyze campaign performance and create insightful, actionable reporting to clients and leadership


  • 3-5 years planning and executing cross-platform digital media campaigns

  • Advanced skills in digital media buying platforms and reporting tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics)

  • Advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables) and campaign analysis/reporting

  • Proven track record of thinking on your feet and balancing fast-moving priorities

  • Stellar written and oral communication skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to deftly manage multiple, concurrent projects

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs
